Far to walk to the city at least 30 mns ,kitchen needs utilities. I find it dangerous to use the stairs outside there’s no light at night. Also busy road quite noisy

There was a stale smell in the room and the carpet is disgusting, needs to be removed. The bed covers were old and looked like from an op shop. The wind came through the floor, walls, doors and windows so therefore got no sleep.

Convenient location to Wellington hospital, a short walk round the corner. Single and queen bed available, they were comfortable. Had all facilities you need to live out of for a few days, my stay was for 3 days. Lovely friendly staff. Serviced the room daily.

This property was clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Great location if you are visiting someone in Wellington Regional Hospital but the flip side to that is that you are right in the flight path of the rescue helicopter.

As a place to stay after operation, it was very noisy. Guests making noise until 3.09 am in morning. When we rang the number for service we got no answer. The tea and coffee were not refilled on our second day there. The good things were that it was close to hospital, and a reasonable price. Very old and quite run down. The shower had mould in it and the sheets were not pressed.
