Most hotels today don’t provide a complete toilet amenities kit, so I was very impressed with the management for including this. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bolton. And Sauna was surprised I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna」

「The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. 」

「hotel staff did not perform duties satisfactorily. My friend and I requested them to book a taxi from hotel to airport trip. However, the booking was not made. We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....」

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!」
