“The cottage was very cute and homey. It was well stocked and everything was as advertised. The only thing they didn't have was spices and coffee which was okay with me, just adding it for future renters thinking about cooking or enjoying coffee on the deck. The cottages were well maintained and landscaped well and the area was quiet. We pretty much had the pool area to ourselves but everyone was very friendly when you cross paths. Location is perfect to Wells Beach and only 25 min to Old……

“This cottage - space and location was great for our family of 4 . Both check-in and check out were very smooth. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful . The kitchen was equipped with a Keurig for coffee (pods too) but no actual coffee pot if that's important to you. There is a dishwasher, microwave , spacious fridge with freezer, and all basic kitchen items we needed were there. Cute spot for 2 to sit in kitchen. Beds were comfortable for sleeping! “Our second time vacationing at this Wells Beach Cottage. Enjoy watching the sunset over the marsh from the multi level back deck. The interior is roomy. Plenty of room for six adults to spread out. One full bath and half bath with laundry on the main level. A half bath upstairs shared with three bedrooms. Didn't take long to fall asleep at night hearing the tide coming in. “Wells Beach has always been one of my favorite places to be. The cottage was perfect. It had everything you would possibly need. Walk over to the beach was so quick and easy. The back yard view was fantastic! The sunsets were gorgeous and it was so peaceful. Loved taking kayaks out too! I would say we had an excellent vacation!!!!”
