The first room we went to the door wouldn’t lock so they changed us to another room. Some of the lights didn’t work and the shower leaks into the floor. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

First, I was given a key to a room with people already in it. Somehow this was my fault according to the desk. The security doors either don’t work with your keycard, or just don’t have locks to allow anyone into the hotel room areas. Breakfast consisted of day old biscuits (hard/dry) and aged gravy that appeared reheated from the day before, burnt eggs and recycled sausage. The bed was nice and comfortable to listen to the trains go by.

Very dated, worn carpet, drapes, shower curtain. Safety latch on door had 1 screw very loose. Breakfast sub-par. Eggs looked/tasted like had been re-heated for several days. Staff pleasant but certainly didn’t go out of their way to be friendly or accommodating.

Wenatchee has 2 Best Westerns within a half mile of each other, both easy to get to from the freeway, close to local restaurants. The Breakfast provided by the hotel was top of the line, No complaints from either my travel companion or my self.

Very dated property that I would not stay at again. No elevator, only one key worked in door, curtain on sliding glass door was ripped, door frame was poorly repaired, bathroom ceiling fan sounded like a freight train whistle, and the eggs at breakfast looked so bad I didn't risk it.

Place feels a little dated. BUT! (A big but) We stayed here after boarding at Mission Ridge abs the Hot tun worked and was open!! THE FOOD OFFERED FOR BREAKFAST! Better than more expensive places we've stayed at. It was clean, staff friendly. If easily chose to stay there again due to all that at a bargain price!

Great stay!
We were amazed on how nice the hotel was for the location. Very friendly people at the front desk. Nice breakfast for the kiddo. Only complaint I really have is that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was really delicious and had great options. The walls in the rooms were thin and we could hear the people next door and the outlets were loose and the cords to things had shorts in them.

Great breakfast and service. Wall unit being a foot away from the bed made kids have to sleep facing the foot of the bed, or have it blow literally in their face. Rooms had decent updates and were clean, but sliding patio door lock didn't seem to secure very well, not great for a ground floor room.

The back sliding door is not locked, the heart was dripping the water all over the floor didn’t know until we turned off the heater the next morning. Trying to let the front desk knows about the water dripping he or she turned around asking us why’re we don’t let them know sooner….
