「I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. Everything is perfect. It’s recently had some updating, and it was a pleasure to stay there. The room was clean, the staff were polite and accommodating, and the whole experience was just perfect. We love staying here and highly recommend it.」

「The hotel is in a transition phase - they're in the midst of a reboot/refurb so things are still a bit up and down, though they did seem to be trying their best. I stayed in one of the finished rooms and everything was just as you would expect. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked so my colleague had to stay in one of the incomplete rooms. This did not at all match the description or pictures and was an experience to say the least. I would make sure that they have not overbooked and that...

「A gem of a hotel tucked well away in it's own extensive grounds. We were upgraded to one of the 5 suites which was extremely spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful. We will definitely stay again.」

「The room and bathroom smelt very strongly of cigarettes. We could not have a shower as the hot water made the smell even stronger. There was also food on the carpet from previous guest so appeared the room had not been cleaned properly. Wallpaper was peeling off next to the bed. Had we of been staying any longer than one night then we have changed hotels. The pictures online are definitely outdated.」

「The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. 「Lovely hotel. Room was well appointed, clean, neat and very comfortable. The entire ambiance of the hotel was lovely. Understated opulence. However, let down, in my opinion, by the restaurant. Clearly a very popular spot and very large (but feels homely by the way it is spread around and compartmentalised (in a nice way) the food is expensive and simply not value for money. Fancy for the sake of fancy and barely adequate in terms of quality. Problem is the hotel is too remote to go anywhere...
