「Understaffed pool hot tub broken grumpy staff They let go of a great worker in November it's not the same 」

「It's OK to stay. Breakfast is good enough. But the back door is not well secured」

「In general it was a great place. It was hard to find people at the desk for help, they take frequent smoke breaks. 」

「I enjoyed a short stay, 1 night but the hot tub & sauna were great and the best part was enjoying the sunrise on the shore, so even though I had a room that wasn’t facing the lake, it was easy to go downstairs & walk outside. The bonfire going outside when I arrived late in the evening was a cozy option.」

「Unfortunately the Room wasn't cleaned Good at all! Someone's Jacket was hanging in closet, the tub had hairs on the shelf, Toilet had skid mark in back of seat&No washrags!! Very Disappointed This time I stayed seemed farther down the Hall u went the Worse it Seemed Sad with Such A Beautiful View!! Plus the Crane game ripped us of Multiple times! 」

「Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice.」
