"Room was clean. Bar was great. Restaurant was terrible but staff were very apologetic. Fryer didn’t work. Chicken was unavailable. Pretty venue but view out the back was awful. Clean room. Great mattress. Tub and shower was clean and looked great but a bit disconcerting because it shifted with your weight. Windows needed screens. No coffee until after 8 in the lobby. Staff tried hard. Infrastructure needs help."

"Easy to find as it was just off the highway but little to no road noise once we were there. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cabin 4 was pretty clean, nice, plenty of room for 2 people. Great view of the trees and what should have been the river from our deck and picnic area. River was basically dry which was a bummer. It was pretty quiet which was nice. Pool and hot tub were excellent! They even had it stay open an hour later since it was so hot and we took advantage of a sunset swim which was great after a hot car ride. We had a couple minor issues that were taken care of promptly by the staff and they even gave us some locally made mead as a thank you for understanding and a happy birthday. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a mattress pad because personally the mattress was very uncomfortable as it was pretty hard. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of everything they offer but we would both go back again. I would recommend checking it out earlier in the year or the fall in the hopes the river has water in it. Overall happy with my stay."

"I didn't expect much from a $100 dollar room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked really well, the TV was newer. Yes, the property is older but I was pleasantly surprised. I had room 127, king, non-smoking."
