"My son lives in Citrus Park, Florida... I am a retired Air Force Colonel. My son is only five minutes away, and very easy to get to. When we arrived the place was spacious and very well decorated. The best of all was the bed. My wife is one to have a hard time with beds away from home, but this bed slept like a dream. For no other reason to rent this place, it will give you this best bed rest you will ever have in a hotel style setting. Room has two large chairs to sit in while the other person...

"This is a great little place to stay! We were in town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium and its perfect location within 3 miles of the stadium. It’s so clean and welcoming and Joel is so responsive. Bed is very comfortable and towels and linens are great. There is also a cute little shared outside space. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in town. "

"It was a nice place to stay. Overall everything was clean. In the living room was a 2nd bed instead of a couch which was interesting and would be hard to actually have 2 couples there. But otherwise it was good. Also communication with property owner was great!"

"The property is very clean and well kept. The space is perfect for 2 people. I would have given it a 5 but the bed could use an upgrade and the shower and toilet location are a bit dangerous as they are very high up from the ground. I had to contact Joel because I had an issue with the tv remote and he responded quickly and took care of the problem promptly. The neighborhood is good and in a central location near everything. Overall our stay was great."

"Stayed for two nights here on a vacation. The balcony was overlooking the bay. Two beds and they were comfortable. Nice size TVs. Full kitchen. It was quiet and secluded. You could hear music from the restaurant across the bay by the sand but that wasn’t an issue. We saw dolphins swimming in the evening! Super cool! The staff at the front desk were nice. The guy at the front security gate was nice and helpful (younger kid with glasses). You can park anywhere once you get your parking pass....

"The “king beds” are not the standard king size 76” x 80”. They are more like queen size. I booked two connecting rooms with a king bed and sleeper sofa in each room and the bed and sofa were both smaller than advertised. Very disappointing. "
