Friendliness of staff was outstanding. It felt like spending vacation in a family operation. Also an ideal place for families with children, sea level is below 1 meter until 50 m from shore, no steep drop.

The stay was amazing. From the grounds to the amenities, to the service to the staff, it was above and beyond expectations. A highly recommended location for families. I want to give this hotel a better star rating than ok because it’s a lovely place and the staff are super, however this is a ‘Kids Go for Free’ hotel, and going as a couple wanting a relaxing getaway in October it was more like a kindergarten with almost everyone (literally) having pre-school age children with them. Meal times were noisy.

From our perspective, as a couple, this was not the hotel for us - we remembered what it was like to have children and it would have been a great location as it is lively and full of young families. The beach is good , the pools are busy and full of families. Our room was very sparsely furnished and our ‘private balcony’ was a very narrow ledge. The food is ok but not much width of choice - the service was a bit chaotic. The guest relations team were excellent and listened carefully to my suggestions on creating quiet dining and pool space for adults. If you have a young family this is a great place to go.

Beach is beautiful. Size of the resort is impressive. But not a relaxing place to visit. Majority of guests have little children running around screaming. The resort also likes to blast techno music until late at night right next to the main building of rooms. Definitely not relaxing. My room had a non working phone and a shower that didn't drain. No compensation made. I asked about a refund for checking out early, they would not accommodate.
