Boggy Sand Beach is the last part of Seven Mile Beach with private residences. You will find multimilion-dollar mansions next to 100-year-old homes, and that is what gives Boggy Sand Road its unique feel. The Kittiwake Shipwreck is a 7 Min paddle from shore. Many fantastic local restaurants. Foster's Supermarket and Jacques Scott Liquor Store are a 2 minute walk from the condo. We are less than a 10-minute drive from Camana Bay with shops, cinema, lots of restaurants, and free evening entertainment over weekends.
