「The beach access is small and extremely rocky since the next door hotel’s beach is currently under construction. The engineers told us that they are expanding their beach. The hotel shuttle took us to other beaches which was a great solution. The property, staff, and restaurant were absolutely fantastic.」

「This is not a hotel or resort. It is more like poorly maintained Airbnb rooms to rent. The property only vaguely resembles the photographs on the website. We had a very poorly maintained suite with peeling wallpaper, dirty light switches, no closet or dresser in the main bedroom and no bedding for the sofa bed. The redeeming features were the restaurant (which is independently operated) but that understandably had limited hours, the ease of the dive equipment availability and the fact that...

My favorite thing was the dock that I sat on every morning to watch the sunrise - the most beautiful ones I've EVER seen Exceptionally clean & the shuttle driver & concierges at the desk were awesome.」

「Oceanfront balcony was bigger than most hotel rooms. Literally 30-40 ft to the water. No crowds-quiet. Excellent value for your money which is needed since eating will cost you double in the Caymans than it does in the US.」

「This resort is outstanding from the pool to the condos. The 2 bedroom condos feel like home! The location is excellent- we did not like Georgetown but didn’t mind a quick visit for the day. SMBR is minutes from Camana Bay, Cemetery Beach, Governor’s Beach, and not far from the Cayman Turtle Center. The pool was definitely large and always clean! The beach at the resort isn’t great- we skipped it entirely due to the rocks and lack of space to run around BUT still loved everything else!」

「We very munch enjoyed our stay at Vida! It’s great to be away from the hustle of 7 Mile Beach. The restaurant on site was wonderful and the service was great. Vida offers complimentary workout classes during your stay so I enjoyed yoga on the roof. We biked to Cracked Conch with the bikes they offered as well. While the cabs add up going into 7 mile beach area I wouldn’t trade staying here for that. We hope to come back!」
