“First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. “Spacious and clean in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Yard space right outside the door for our dog and a nearby walking trail. I read a previous review that there isn’t temperature control in this unit but with the space heater provided and the extra blankets I brought it was fine. There is also a ceiling fan if you need it to be a little cooler. The host responded quickly with any questions. ”

“House is located in a nice residential area. The pictures look smaller than the house actually is. 4 adults and 2 children had more than enough room. Well appointed kitchen. Linens and towels were nice quality. Visiting relatives in Silver Spring and will hopefully stay again!”
