「Room was very clean but what stood out was the great service from the waiters in the restaurant 」

「Clean rooms. Prompt service. Excellent hospitality. Hotel provides airport pick up & drop off for a nominal amount - well coordinated ahead of time. Also provides the same to Shirdi temple - just 5 mins drive from the hotel. Excellent restaurant in the hotel itself . Overall very happy with stay. 」

「Lovely hotel and staf are super friendly and helpful. Only drawback on my stay was the number of weddings taking place on the hotel grounds. However, staff went over and above to accommodate, particularly Steffi. Great facilities, large rooms and very peaceful. Would highly recommend. 」

「Next to Pune Train Station, so a little chaos around. But the hotel itself is good, all staff are very helpful and speaks flunet English. They are willing to talk and share travelling information with guests. I like the welcome herbal tea they provided. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, every type of choice.」

Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable.
