“recently had the pleasure of staying at Fortune Hotel, and my experience was truly wonderful. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to access nearby places and attractions. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, which made my stay very relaxing. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness every day. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick.……

“At check in hotel staff scanned passport for both of us and took pictures although receptionist called at 11:30 pm at night disturbed our sleep and asked me that they still waiting for other person to provide Passport, however i told them at check in i already provided them both of ours passport and receptionist said she called wrong number.. Bedsheet was dirty look like they never changed it after previous guest checked out, there was no hot water in morning and cable tv wasn’t working only……

“ Very old property. You do not feel the freshness. The breakfast spread is very ok for the charge of it. Not worth a 4 star property ”
