Perfect Cabin With A Beautiful View

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! It was a quiet, comfortable, and had a view to die for. Our little dog also loved it too!

Unbelievable Sunrise!

Great cabin, wonderful view of the sunrise! West Jefferson is a great city to just hangout shopping and talk to the locals

Great views and comfortable home

We had a fantastic stay, the house was well stocked and had comfortable beds and furniture. The screened in porch with the fire table was a perfect place to hang out and we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor fire pit but we will the next time. Hosts were responsive and accommodating but I would recommend 4-wheel drive in the winter as the driveway is steep. Looking forward to staying here again.

Breathtaking views

Beautiful views, cute cabin, it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Fun games to play with the family on the screened porch. Nice a secluded. Perfect little vacation spot and an easy trip for hiking swimming rafting and to get to Boone or neighboring towns.

Relaxing getaway, Improperly managed

The views, the seclusion, the peace... Couldn't ask for anything more for a business/family vacation!!! But 4seasons property management company made staying there our only option after not properly maintaining the property. When arriving to the property it was not prepped for safety from snow which then led us to slid down into a tree and almost go off the ledge. Upon calling the 4seasons management company, they sent an email for tow trucks and said good luck. No one called to follow up or come to the house until my wife called, then 5 hours later their maintenance guy showed up with a bag of salt and shoveled a small area on the road, not the driveway or parking area, and salted just that area then left. After calling the insurance company we had to stay there because we had no back window due to the accident. We received a phone call from a Manager at 4 seasons after my wife sent pictures of the road, driveway, parking area and front porch completely clean and salted by myself and my family. She then asked what she could do to make my next stay better? The conversation did not go well as they did not want to do anything to help. Then Sherrie at 4 seasons got involved and that's when it got worse. She said she would gladly refund me for the rest of the stay and asked when would we be leaving? After two more days of communication, nothing was done to resolve the matter by anybody thru 4 seasons and feel so sorry for the home owner that chose Sherrie and 4seasons to look over their beautiful property and home!!! Would love to go back to the same property but will never book anything with 4seasons property management group again!!!
