Run away, this place is terrible! Checking in there was a man sitting in the lobby watching rap videos loudly on his phone and gave me a terrible look. The room was filthy with dirt and hair in the tub, stains all over the bed. It was really gross. We hastily booked with another hotel and left as fast as we could. When we left that same guy was standing in his room with the foot open glaring at us as we’re walked by. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Front desk was kind. Cleaning lady was on her phone in the room blasting music, sat at desk for probably a solid 45 minutes. Put shower had black mold. We were told there would be breakfast served, and we did not receive that. Our pillows were brown, my asthmatic child coughed all night long. The mold in the shower wasn’t from one bad cleaning, that’s from continuous neglect. I have photos as well.

I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that either. The whole point was for me to work and relax. However, I could do neither. I eventually ended up just leaving the hotel at like 2am. Never had such a terrible experience with a hotel. I’m not blaming the staff. I honestly think the issue was beyond them. I have never had a hotel where the room key never worked and they had to use a machine to let me in

Don't know where to start. Very few towels, tiny soap, and not anything for morning breakfast. Not even coffee. We will never choose this Hotel group again.

I checked in at 10 p.m. A man in the lobby reeked of weed. First room was dirty with bed linens all over the floor. Second room seemed better but then I later discovered a trash can filled with empty alcohol cans and liquor bottles. The following morning a man claiming to be house keeping knocked on the door at 8:30 a.m. to see if I needed anything. As a young woman I did not feel safe in this hotel. It is an old hotel that isn’t cleaned very well either. I chose the place because of all the 10/10 reviews. I suspect they may be fake. Buyer beware.

Friendly check in staff but room and entire hotel was run down. Toilet ran the entire night and was rusty. Towels were stained, microwave dirty, freezer not defrosted in refrigerator. A coffee machine for breakfast. Sketchy neighborhood. Would not park behind hotel. Would not stay again.

The lady that checked us in was very nice & helpful. There was only 1 working luggage cart & that was being used by someone that couldn't bring it back from where it was. Had to make many trips to bring in our bags Had to use a laundry cart to bring in a respirator that was too heavy & awkward. Also, the gentleman that was working in the breakfast area wasn't a very nice man at all. There was several items that were not stocked needed for breakfast needs. Hot items were late in coming out for people to consume and there were only a few people including us that were in there. I have stayed at Comfort Inns before and never had any issues such as what I seen here. This location is not a place that I will ever return to or recommend anyone else.
