「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. A very good place to stay」

「The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything else is stretched : the staff and the amenities. There is no view of the hills or any outside view. Just rooms Amenities are just a tick in the box. All make shift. A store room has been converted into the Table tennis room. Similar for the pool and other activities. The restaurant / cafe is too small. Gets overcrowded and cannot even walk inside .I paid around 14 k for a room per night. No value for the money I paid」

「No Wi Fi, felt like a deserted place with nobody at all inside. The rooms need to be upgraded to match the rates! 」

「The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. 」

「Perfect retreat in the Nilgiris. Beautiful and comfortable rooms and excellent food at the restaurant! Be sure to include the buffet breakfast in your package」

「The hotel was right at market and right beside the botanical garden. Absolutely loved the stay!」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of 10 stayed at Ayatana Ooty for four days in mid June to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. We booked four rooms - the Jacuzzi Chalets. The cool weather, misty mornings, and beautiful surroundings made the stay even more special. The resort is stunning, the rooms are spacious, the food is excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, courteous, and attentive. The team made my parents’ milestone anniversary unforgettable....

「Not value for money not clean and not displain」

「This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️」

「The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well」
