"Extremely peaceful, staff we interacted with were very helpful and accommodating but only there on limited basis. Only problem was the main house was not available for use, only drinks available was coffee from a Keureg in common area of carriage house that had to be filled by guests. For us it was the exact quiet place we wanted with exception of no food or drink available."

"Staff was wonderful and the property was great. Didn’t realize there was a private beach for hotel guests at the end of the driveway until the morning we were leaving. Would have been helpful to know that when we checked in."

"Comfortable, clean, mostly quiet. The only problem was that the TV started making a beeping sound at about 3 in the morning, and I couldn’t find a way to make it stop. I spoke to someone at the front desk—he didn’t have any suggestions for how to make the beeping stop, and didn’t have any extra rooms to transfer me to. They’ve probably fixed it, and it’s probably not a problem anyone else will encounter. Laundry machines were available at $4 for washing and $3 for drying, and the front desk had quarters to change. Breakfast was typical hotel waffle and a few cold options. The room had a desk, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc."

"It’s a great location and the interior of the house was very clean. There is a lot of room to spread out but our group included young children and the layout was ok. The exterior of the property could use some work. Overgrown grass at the front entrance and the keypad was a challenge to use. The picnic table could use a coat of paint. There is no trash pickup so you will need to bring trash and recycling to the town facility. Lovell Market is close by. They have most of what you need. Host was very responsive to any issues. Overall would recommend for families and couples."

"The rooms may look dated but are clean with comfortable beds. The available activities are where it’s at — we played tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, badminton, kayaked, and even swam. All the equipment is in great shape. We can’t wait to return."

"We loved our stay at this cabin and will definitely stay again. We walked in to a huge livingroom/kitchen area. Nice size bedrooms and very comfortable. the view of the lake from the double sliding doors in the living room was great. It is equipped with anything you need to cook. Just bring your own, towels and sheets and enjoy your stay. Host was available by text and email for any questions."
