"The house was perfect for a short stay in Saugatuck. We were able to walk to downtown where our dog Chara loved the walks along the dock of the Kalamazoo river. We also enjoyed ice cream at Kilwins and coffee at Uncommon Grounds. Also, we loved the hiking trails at Saugatuck Dunes State Park which is just a short drive away. This place is perfect for a couple with a dog. Thanks for such a nice dog friendly space."

"This is a plesant cottage grouping with the host living on premises and keeping the landscaping looking very nice. We missed the peak of the tulips, which is why we chose this area to begin with. It was my wifes birthday and she has never seen the beauty of Holands tulips. Early warm and then a storm left everything pretty much destroyed......BUT......we did visit Windmill Island and ordered some tulips for us to enjoy at home......i am digressing......the property, cottage and surrounding area...

"Lovely, immaculate 1queen bed, 1bath with large shower in main floor condo. Very Close to downtown-just 2 blocks to most restaurants, boardwalk, & shopping. Keurig with good coffee & hot water pot for tea. Basic supplies provided, soap, shampoo, tp, paper towels , dishwasher soap, salt& pepper. hair dryer. In addition 2 beach chairs & beach towels was an added bonus! Comnunication great & quick response from owners. Easy access with codes, no keys to keep track of. Wonderful stay for a week with...

"This was our second stay at Jan's Cottage, and it was just as we remembered it. Check in was easy and the place was clean when we arrived. The hosts are friendly and responsive and you can tell take good care of the property, including a well maintained yard w/sitting area that we would have enjoyed if it was a little warmer outside. It is located on a quiet street that is the perfect location to downtown shops/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!"

"This property is beautiful, especially in springtime when all the marsh/river critters are active! Binoculars provided (a wonderful touch), prepare to birdwatch. There is one neighbor with a hot tub you can almost see from the backyard, otherwise it is very secluded and private. Did not bother us one bit. "This is a great property with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay next to Lake Michigan. You're just a short walk and some stairs away from Lake Michigan (and fantastic sunset views), and the property itself is nestled between Holland to the south and Grand Haven to the north. The house itself is clean and well maintained, comfortably furnished, and offers plenty of room to relax, cook meals, and hang out. While we didn't get to use the patio because of the weather,...

"This place is pretty neat for the summer time, however I would recommend for younger people with the stairs and the steps into the bathroom. For the owner I definitely would recommend bombing the place for bugs and do routine pest maintenance. The oven also needs a new seal as the seal is off and the knobs get extremely hot. This could be very dangerous for young one (I recommend turning the knobs with pot holders), the cabinet to the left also gets very hot and could potentially catch fire....

"Our stay here was perfect. Very very clean!!! There were 3 girls who stayed here for a qirls weekend away. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! The hot tub was lovely. The walk to the downtown area is not far at all! We couldnt get the fireplace to work while there, that is the only "negative" part of my review. However, by no means would it prevent us from renting this home again in the future. The staff was very responsive and tried trouble shooting that issue with us and even created a work...

"First the good: clean as a whistle. Great location. A good setup for our group. Cons: inadequate kitchen linens. Two bar rags for each kitchen. No dish towels. No dish pan. The mattresses were waaay past their prime and insufficient bed linens. We should have figured it out ahead of time but there’s no ac so bring fans . The weather was perfect so it wasn’t a real problem for us but if it was hot it would’ve been awful."

"We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. "
