Beautiful and spacious home

Phoenix Hill is a beautiful home close to All Star Village. The hosts are very friendly and we’re available if we needed anything! Highly recommend for large groups/multiple families.

Great location and place to stay while at CASV

This was a great house that accommodates a large number of guests. The hosts we are incredible and the house was clean and as advertised. Highly recommend anytime but we stayed with all our baseball families together while our boys played at All-Star Village.

Perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just a short drive to All Star Village, which made our trip very convenient. The kids especially loved the pool and swing set—it was a great way for them to unwind after a long day. The hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive, making the check-in process easy and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful home. The owners were so lovely. It was a wonderful place to vacation.

We were so happy with our stay here. The farm is beautiful, the views from the porch is beautiful and the house is beautiful. The house was spacious enough to give all the families their own privacy. The kids loved the pool and play area. The amenities were perfect and the ride to CASV was only minutes away. If there are families looking for a vacation home that lets you enjoy the county and baseball this is the place. We highly recommend Phoenix Hill.

Phoenix Hill House

We booked this room for Coopertown All-Star Village. It's a perfect location and super close. We had 9 parents and 2 siblings and there was more than enough room for privacy and when we all hung out together. The owners live on the first floor and we're so kind and accommodating. (We needed extra towels, toilet paper & sheets during the week) and they brought them immediately. You really don't even know they are there otherwise. Plenty of room for children, cars and cooking. We are coming back in 2 years for my younger son and will book this home again.

Fantastic Cooperstown ASV trip

The property was in great shape and clean. The location was quiet and private which was perfect for our group. The house can comfortably sleep a large group of families. And the location was super convenient for our time at All Star Village. Under 10 minute drive which was great for between games. Highly recommend!

Great property for All Star Village stay

Phoenix Hill was a great location for our kids visit to Cooperstown All Star Village. We had a group of dads there for the stay. House was about 5 minutes from the fields and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Tons of space and very clean upon arrival. We were very happy with our choice.

This place was AMAZING! The house was very clean and the views were great. The owner lives on site and was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. If you are a baseball family playing at All Star Village this is the place to stay. Quick drive to and from the fields especially in between games. Highly recommend staying here.

Renter house for our trip to Cooperstown

We rented this house for our trip to Cooperstown for our boys 12u baseball. The house was perfect! It’s big, clean and everyone had their own space. The living area was awesome because it fit all the families we rented with as well as when they boys would come to visit! The location to Allstar Village was the best. We were 7 mins away so getting back and forth to the games was super quick..and worked perfect for the early morning games! The views from the property were stunning!! I would definitely recommend this property!

Large house that fit all our 6 families needs. 7 minute ride to All Star Village which was super convenient. House and pool are clean and property is huge and well maintained considering its 22 acres. Plenty of room for parking many cars. Owner of house live onsite with their young kids and are very responsive to text messaging. Would stay again in a few years when my next son competes.in the 12U Cooperstown tournament.
