"Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! "

"The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us."

"Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. "What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. "We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. "I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online!
