「We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.」

「This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot...

「The space was perfect for what we needed! Located in a great spot with access to the beach and various other amenities provided, it's hard to find a better spot. The hosts were incredibly considerate in helping us out by allowing us to keep our stuff in place while we waited for a late flight. 「We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. It was perfect for us & baby. The location was really ideal, being a super short walk to the beach, and to the closest pool which was my preferred pool (includes access to 4 pools however so you can explore) and also a very short walk to the main strip of shops/restaurants near The Pearl. Only downside is there was no beach or baby gear at the property so we did have to rent those items from elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.」
