“Amazing location and setting for a quiet time on the Eastern Shore area (as show in listing photos). The main attraction for us was the private peninsula setting and classic cottage design with great views. Location is best for enjoying the cottage rather than taking sightseeing outings or dining (we did both but the drive times are longer). Would recommend to friends!”

“Perfect location for our stay. 25 minutes to airport and 25 from downtown Halifax, 8 min walk to fisherman’s wharf where we met our guide with Blue Shark charter, 15 minutes to Rainbow Park beach. It was great being able to relax in the calm of the harbour, watching the sunset after a long touring day. Our host met me on arrival, with an umbrella for the torrential rain, and gave me a tour of the home as well as where the essentials were and the extras down at the beach house. Our host also……

“We booked this property to attend a family wedding at another nearby rental property. The location was perfect and we had plenty of room for our group. The front bedroom wasn’t ideal with such a big group and having people waking and going to sleep at various times and the bunk area is very tight but everything else was amazing.
