"This hotel is updated with friendly staff, fun pools/water play area, a good breakfast and so conveniently located to tons of area attractions! With a shuttle to take and pick you up at Mall of America or Airport for free and a great nightly rate. We had everything we needed for our long weekend right at our fingertips. We will definitely be planning another trip and will stay here with no hesitation!"

"As soon as we walked into Country Inn & Suites by Radisson at Mall of America, we were greeted by the most special lady! Rasheda is her name and she will make you feel like family. I can’t say enough about how she went out of her way to make our stay perfect. From ordering the shuttles, to giving us any info we needed. She is amazing! The stay was wonderful! Clean, great breakfast, great amenities! I would highly recommend this place!"

"This hotel is wonderful! The convenience of being connected to the mall is unmatched. I booked two rooms and had them connected (there’s a fee to do this of $35 per room each night). It was a total of 6 between both rooms, so space was not an issue. The pool not being in service really sucked lol (it’s been down for almost a year). The king bedroom featured a very weird shower that my wife didn’t care for. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. The staff is phenomenal and helpful all around. The entrance to the rooms features tiled flooring and was very slippery when wearing socks. The hotel is very well maintained by staff, but the red chairs in the lobby by the restaurant need to be replaced due to frequent wear. Valet is reasonable, so be sure to tip! On Sunday, if you plan on eating in the mall, do so before 7 p.m. because they pack that place up and not a minute after. Oh, if you order from the restaurant Cowboy Jacks, be sure that it is the one in the mall and not the other location. But do yourself a favor and find something better because it really wasn’t that great."
