"Staff were great but the property is older and needs sprucing up! I had a couple of issues such as tv and room phone not working but the staff promptly fixed the tv. A deep cleaning would be good. Bed and bathroom facilities were clean. There was NO handicapped access on east side of building even though I asked for accessible room so beware if you use a wheelchair. I use a walker and was able to get up and down sidewalk. "

"Filthy with dog hair and stuck on food on floor. The furniture is severally stained with old food under the cushions. The front came to our room at 11 on the dot and told my wife that check out is 11 we knew and I was loading for an hour already. We were not at all satisfied with this hotel or the staff."

"The room we were in for pets smelled terrible as though pet accidents were an expectation and never cleaned up, room was dirty, chair and ottoman looked so dirty and worn we wouldn’t even put our items on it. If we hadn’t been so tired, we would have gone elsewhere. "
