「I loved my stay at Waves. The experience starts with a welcome cocktail while they get you checked in. I found the staff to be welcoming and extremely helpful giving me recommendations for activities and information on getting around the island. As a solo traveler they also made me feel safe. The cocktails and food were also pretty good for all inclusive. The view of the ocean is to die for from the dining area. My only complaint is the mattress being firm. All in all I’d definitely recommend...

「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「On the positive side, the location is gorgeous, the staff very polite and friendly, the rooms and balconies good size, there is ample free parking, and the Cuppa Cafe "grab and go" was quite good. On the not-so-positive side, the furnishings are "tired" and could really use an update, the bathroom had no shower gel and the hand soap was not the best to use for bathing, the shower had no place to put your own items, the bath towels were dingy and rather worn, our passports in the room safe...

「The staff was nice and accommodating. Best part about the resort was the staff. The resort was not clean to my standards. For example the resort room floors had the same trash and stains on the floor the entire time. The food was just decent and at some times good. Nothing to write home about. The drinks were delicious and the staff did a great job keeping the drinks coming. The resort is beautiful. I would stay again due to the staff being so friendly and accommodating. They definitely need to...

「We had a room with our own pool and ocean views. We really enjoyed our large patio. As one of us is vegan it was great to have our own kitchen. The yoga class was excellent. Zen restaurant has very good sushi and Thai food. We will definitely come again.」

Not your typical all inclusive buffet, food was very good and not to mention the exceptional steak house and sushi restaurant on site. You cannot go wrong with staying here!
