「Entry door didn’t fit right; staff got testy when brought to their attention. They installed weather strip on bottom but still out of square. Toilet cobbled together & wobbled. Bedding had burn holes. panhandler asking for money in the parking lot. No information in room about checkout time, policies, etc.; ironing board had big tears. “breakfast” was stale cereal, a few bagels, waffle mix, instant coffee. Entire place needs cleaning, painting and brought up to code.」

「Literally the worst hotel I have stayed in, the quality of the rooms were dismal, there was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling was falling down, holes in the wall, bugs crawling all over. Staying at this location was the last place I would have picked if not for the need to be at this certain location. Most of the other doors are either frozen shut or the key card reader does not work. The “breakfast” is so disgusting with the waffle maker never cleaned which leave them black from how dirty it...
