“Close but no cigar”

Arrived when outside temperature was 43, inside was at 61, the cabin was cold and we could not regulate the heat. The temperature was too cold to be comfortable in the living room and to hot sleep upstairs. Because we were informed in manual to heat the home by gas logs to get to desired temperature. Guest does not have control of the thermostat. The coffee bar was disappointing too, like the sugar jar was empty, no creamer, it just consist of coffee / filters. This is a nice rental but the thermostat glitch that disrupted our entire stay. I contacted host with no response.

Loved it!!

This was the perfect retreat for our family of five! Great location! We loved the rustic style of the bunkhouse too! The hosts were friendly and accommodating. You could tell a lot of thought and effort went into providing the guests with everything they might need during their stay!

Okay, not great for families with small children

Checked in and the house was very cold. Found the thermostat behind a lockbox, which set the tone for the visit. Called the management company and was told the gas fireplace would be adequate heat. It was not, especially for our young children. We alternated from sweating (fire on) to freezing (fire off). Kitchen is very small, although you can see that in the pictures. No garbage disposal and the garbage can is difficult to access. We ended up leaving two nights early because Yellowstone closed (flooding) and we were uncomfortable. Had the place been more comfortable, perhaps we would have stayed. Overall, this place is probably better in warmer weather or if you don't have kids who get cold at night.

Very quaint getaway place

Great place to stay so close to Yellowstone but outside of the hustle and bustle of the town. The pictures are very accurate. Very nice quaint and cozy place. The gas fireplace was very warm and great to sit around. Less than 10 minutes from town snowmobile trails are right outside the door. The property manager was very nice, responsive and communicated great. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place so wonderfully made!

Love the bunkhouse! It was so wonderfully made with repurposed, reused materials. Such great decorations and the bunkhouse has everything you would need to make any meal! We so loved coming back after our time in Yellowstone snd sitting in front of the fire talking about our day and planning the next. We will be sure to tell our friends about this wonderful Place!

Great and comfortable stay in West Yellowstone

We had a great time at this property, and it was a great place to come back to after our Yellowstone adventures. Check in was easy, and the place was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on our future travels to Yellowstone!

Great Stay!

Great location about 10 min from the town of West Yellowstone and the entrance to the National Park. The place accommodated our large family of seven. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed to do meals with all the kids. Overall a great experience!

Amazing stay!

This property was absolutely wonderful! It was exquisitely decorated and furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect for snowmobiling with close access to trails. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We'll definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit West Yellowstone. Thanks again for an amazing stay!
