When we got there, our house was double booked so we were not able to stay because of miscommunication betweenVRBO Homeowner so we had to book another house last minute for customer service on both ends will never do it again.

I booked the house in April, then they cancelled our reservation two weeks before our trip, saying the house was "double booked". This left our group of 12 scrambling to find another property and we ended up paying more because it was last minute. Company would not make up the difference for our inconveience. Completely unprofessional, I will never be renting with Vacasa again and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

When we arrived, we found out the house was double booked. The air conditioners were not correctly installed and did not work properly to cool down the house. The house temperature stayed at 87 degrees. The coffee maker had mold in it too. There was also no hot water and we had to take ice cold showers. The host did not get back to me when I reached out about not having hot water. The host and Vacasa did not help resolve the issues during our stay and did not have any sympathy when I called after checking out.
