「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. 「Very clean and big room (we had the Deluxe Double room), Free bottled water every day was a nice touch. Shower had good water pressure. Had some concerns about being above the pub, but even when it was open until 11, the noise stopped pretty much immediately every night. Great location for food and transportation (also late night food!). Spent 4 nights here and would definitely return again.
Note: as they disclose, there is no lift. Also the bath tubs are quite high and could pose difficulties...

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
