"We had a great stay. Rooms were spacious, views were fantastic. Easy to check in. Close to Grampians, but very secluded. Very relaxing long weekend away."

"Great location close to halls gap where you can choose to stay in or go out. Lovely wood fire and good amenities made it very comfortable. Great spot for just a couple or group too."

"Started with a warm welcome and easy settling in to the comfortable and cozy cottage with the open log fire all set and ready to go. Enjoyed an early evening explore of the Serenity Walk and watching the mobs of Roos watching us watching them. Fabulous location to explore the Grampians from and well set up accomodation that was a joy to come back to. Would definitely book again!"

Baa3400 is worth staying for

"We chose the hotel for the interesting menu at the inhouse restaurant Baa3400 and were not disappointed - dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable with couch and table and chairs, and warm. Parking is easy."
