“Best place we've stayed in Iceland!!! Love all the thoughtful details and facilities of the cabin, as well as the stunning view and wildlife animals surrounding us there. We were lucky enough to see aurora at night and spot a family of seals sunbathing on the sea rocks in the next morning - thanks to the binos provided in the cabin. Overall the cabin is very well designed, clean and tidy. Space-wise, we didn't feel cramped at all even with 2 big suitcases and all our winter gears. And bonus……

“Ein ganz besonderer Ort – schlicht, ruhig und wunderbar echt. Genau das, was man manchmal braucht, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Alles war liebevoll gestaltet, sauber und gemütlich, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Die Lage ist perfekt: abseits vom Trubel, umgeben von Stille, und trotzdem nah genug, um schnell mitten im Geschehen zu sein. Man spürt hier eine besondere Ruhe und Einfachheit, die sofort gut tut. Ein Ort, an den man gerne wieder zurückkehrt.Danke dafür.”

“The property itself is wonderful and the home is very clean, current, and amenable. Being a new property, there are many positives to the home and property. Unfortunately, being a new property also means some issues with management need to be worked through. There’s always someone “available” via the app… but that representative cannot fix anything or do anything to address issues. When we checked in, the master bedroom has been locked from the inside somehow… then the water quit working……
