Western Iowa Hotel with Pool

"Front desk was having issues with their systems, so they thought our room was already checked in (they resolved). Then got charged $160 after the stay, which had to contact them and they blamed on the same system issues (they resolved). Also, would be nice if they had indoor pool/hot tub amenities, for the cost of the rooms. Often default to the hotel across the street for more amenities and lower cost. Regardless the above, rooms are nice and convenient access to the casino. Just expect systems to be working for the price of admission."

"The hotel was clean but it's tired, it's old and still smells of the days when they allowed smoking. It needs a refresh, it feels dark and depressingly quiet. "

"Not the first time we have stayed here. But as always clean, comfy beds and bathroom was clean also. Front desk girls could have been more friendly. They weren’t rude but made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation when I checked in. Breakfast was good. Loved that there was a shuttle to Stir Cove as we were there for a concert with friends."
