「I don’t like this place. They are friendly but I don’t like it. 」

「We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. The bathroom faucet was so loose that we dad to hold it down when turning it on. The was a foul odor on the second floor and the carpet in the hallway was worn and...

「The only concern I really had was my shower curtain has mold on it . The pool also didn’t feel clean .」

「If you have a chance to stay here, don’t. From a dirty room (beer bottle and trash behind the fridge), to very rough sheets and towels, to lack of an ice machine on the property (I was told to go buy ice at the local minimart), to lack of basic amenities in the room (had to ask for tissues, an iron, and hangers- per instructions in the room), and an incredibly loud A/C unit, I didn’t get a moment’s rest. For what they charged, they should be embarrassed.」
