“No alarm clock. No coffee pot. No continental breakfast. No tissue paper. No table to eat at. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 11. We were given a room with a king size bed and no hide a bed or cots or anything. 1 king size bed for 4 people. When we asked the front desk what was going on they said we booked through Expedia so they couldn't help us. We paid over 200.00 for our room. Coffee served in the lobby for free from 6-10am only. This hotel is completely outdated. Will……

“First room had no hot water and bed was awful, got switched to a different room. Next to no hot water, tub and sink would not drain. Bed was even worse and dirty and stained. Could not wait to get out of that gross awful place.”
