"I would like to lead with how amazing the staff was! Very accommodating and welcoming. My son left his jacket in the close out after check out. We were already at the airport when we noticed. We called the hotel and they helped us navigate the process of purchasing a shipping label to have it returned. They went above and beyond what was required. The facilities are awesome and the location is unmatched. I will only stay here when I return to Charlotte."

"The woman who checked me in was friendly, accommodating, efficient, and informative. I check in to lots of hotels and she sets the standard for exactly what a business traveler desires for a check in experience. The hotel room and building were perfectly fine. I would surely stay there again."

"Excellent place to stay for vacation or business. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much! Front desk staff were very friendly and greeted us each time we came through the doors. Very clean and great centralized location. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel rates are great. Room was clean and staff are nice. Location is good too. Only thing that was unfortunate was the intense smell of weed on our hall the entire weekend. Wish they could do something about that. But the hotel is very nice, and we’ve stayed there more than once while visiting family. "
