“Very nice place to stay.”

“Staff told me I had to vacate the area because my son was too loud and the room was a mess. I was told it was extensive cleaning needed, however wet toilet paper can be swept up. I don’t mind paying the incidental fee, that was actually $250, but staff said it was $200. What I mind was being told this at 8pm. Could have called or contacted me prior to the evening. When asked if I was going to get reimbursed for the remaining night, I was told since I booked through Expedia, I would have to……

“Check in was quick and seamless which we checked in after midnight. Room was clean . Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked good. Amenities were good ( pool and gym). I will definitely be returning.”
