「Check in experience was horrific, we had our confirmation and was told that it was cancelled. I went thru emails and the Expedia app showing my paid confirmation and they could not find our names. It took awhile for them to look into the matter to figure out what was the issue. I was so pissed knowing we had a long flight and just wanted to check in and relax but instead it became very stressful Place was clean and the room had a lot of amenities」

The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night.
