"The Paris Hotel was perfectly situated for the activities and experiences we planned to do in Las Vegas. We ate at several of their restaurants and really enjoyed the dining experiences. We especially enjoyed the Dominique Ansel bakery every morning. Also, don't miss the chance to have dinner at Cheri Rooftop, the view is amazing! We were surprised that you are only allowed two devices on WIFI per room. An additional $14.99 is charged per day if more than two devices are on your room's WIFI. We also had some confusion on how to get housecleaning to refresh our room. We were told by one staffer to put the Occupied sign on the outside of the door by 9 am. The room didn't get cleaned. We were told by another staffer that the Occupied sign needed to be off our door by 9 am. We still didn't get cleaned. Whatever the process is for room refreshment, it needs to be more easily communicated."

Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

"The Flamingo Hotel is a beautiful place. I enjoyed seeing actual flamingos! The front desk staff were very professional and friendly during my check-in. The room was decent, although I found a cork from a champagne bottle in plain sight (by the table & chairs) from a previous guest. And the hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty and was unable to get it filled so I just asked for another bar soap."

"They overbooked the resort so badly! There were lines in front of the elevators. The elevators were so packed it was almost impossible to go downstairs. My husband and I had to either walk down the stairs or ride up just to go back down. The pool area was extremely overcrowded and to rent a cabana or chair, the price was ridiculous! The cost to buy 2 bottles of water exceeded $15. The restaurants were overpriced and the food was subpar. We are ate at a restaurant for breakfast and they served us frozen pancakes that were rubbery and dry. When paying $200+ for every meal the food should reflect the price. The hotel is really big and clean yet most of the employees don’t speak English so they can’t communicate well with the guests."
