The property was very clear and well kept. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was the usual waffles, cereal, and bagels. I stay there every time I go to Westfield the last three years.. The rooms have different themes to them.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was clean though the wall paper is peeling off the walls
Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it was on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Getting our suitcases up the stairs was difficult. Seniors and handicapped should be given first-floor priority. WE had no safety hand grips in our regular room, and the shower was slippery.
We would stay here again if we could be given a first-floor room.
This is a nice hotel. It’s a bit older, but I stayed in the refurbished, train-themed room. Everything is nice, I just wish the room had more power outlets and an iron & ironing board.
Breakfast was just a waffle iron and coffee, but you can find breakfast locally.
Overall we liked the hotel. Our room must have been remodeled recently, floor was nice, good craftsmanship in the caulking and drywall. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Biggest complaint is that our beds were not comfortable. We had the Lodge room, the beds felt like our feet were higher than our heads, and the log headboard left a big gap for your pillow to fall through, pillows were kind of flat as it was also. Other than that, room was nice. We didn’t try the breakfast. The coffee area could use some updating, some French vanilla creamers etc. and fresh coffee would be nice.
I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and at check in the clerk gave us a room with a single queen. I alerted the attendant of the problem and was then given a room with 2 queens but was on the second floor but there is no elevator and my wife has difficulty with stairs. We had no choice as he said there were no rooms with 2 beds available on the first floor. I found that odd as there seemed to be no more than 10 cars in the parking lot when we arrived at the hotel late in the evening. I was also very disappointed with the complementary breakfast. There was only a bare minimum of choices which did not include any juice or protein available.
