"The bathtub needed cleaning or replaced the paint was coming off of the bathtub, the microwave look like it had not been clean in months, and the ironing board needs to be replaced or cleaned really good. Overall stay was not bad just need to clean better. "

"Great stopover for one night, we hit the universal parks using the fast pass benefits you get from staying at the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and comfy and the boat service to/from the parks was great. Would recommend."

"Staff was friendly, hotel is pretty outdated. Breakfast was so-so, most days I could find something I could eat (gluten-free), and sometimes they would have dairy-free milk for the coffee, and sometimes not. I really liked the laundry facilities, but the gym is tiny and there is no hot tub as pictured. The pool was really cold, so if it's hot, no issue, but if it's not, it's a cold swim! Overall a decent deal, good location. We were given a room right next to the elevator, which worried me since I thought it would be really loud, but the noise wasn't bad at all."

"Stayed on a pinch before our flight and was glad we were only there for a handful of hours. We were hit by an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke when we entered, but checking in was quick. The rooms were dingy, and our curtains didn't close all the way, leaving a visible line of sight for the car parked directly facing our room on the ground floor. Pros: The staff was pleasant, free basic breakfast, and the checkin/out was efficient."
