“Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. “This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene. “This rental offers an amazing backyard paradise. The beautiful pergola is huge and a great place for outdoor drinks and dining. The hot tub is great to relax in after a day at the beach, which is a short drive away. “Very nice and relaxing area. Close to pretty much everything. I was visiting from NC so I was so happy there was a deli just 3 minutes away so I could grab my favorite sandwich. Overall this was a very nice stay.”

“Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided.
