「In the last few Month's i have rented rooms here quite a bit. The Hotel is okay but one Front Desk Clerk lately has been quite rude and unprofessional in that all of a sudden with my past two rentals he started demanding a $100.00 deposit that was never asked for the several times before i rented a room and he demands it in a most unfriendly and hostile way which for a business that is suppose to be Hospitable he make's you feel anything but welcome. 「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」
