"We loved our stay here! It was cute and quiet, the owners were so welcoming and kind — eggs from their hens, some wood to make a campfire, a path to the river to explore…if you have kids, there’s a fabulous ice cream shop nearby with a fire truck you can sit in (it also has a slide!). Crystal Lake is nearby, and the cabin is located between Jay Peak and Burke Mountain, so it’s really great for outdoor enthusiasts. The cabin is on a quiet street with a sidewalk, which my toddler loved for riding...

"This was our first VRBO booking and we couldnt ask for a better place to stay! The house is beautiful and more than comfortable and so clean. We loved the yard and the outdoor fire pit while enjoying tubing in the snow! A perfect getaway! Close to downtown grocery store, bakery, pizza and gas- adorable town. We will definitely book The Copper Mouse again and next time for a longer getaway! It was the greatest experience making the best memories. Thank you again."

Lots of games and fun! Loved the porches for our morning coffee. Living area was nice and cozy with plenty of seating. "These cabins were everything we wanted for a rejuvenating week in Vermont. They had all the basics we needed but also the coziness and simplicity that we were looking for. We absolutely loved going to the lake as well as heading out for hiking, biking, and otherwise enjoying the area. There was also more than enough room on the actual property for us (a group of seven, including kids) to play and relax. The hosts were incredibly nice, helpful, and communicative. It was hard to get back to...
