We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was new and clean. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed for family dinner. Bbq and hot rub in the fenced back yard. Easy text with all the information needed to get in and settled. Had no need to communicate with anyone since everthing went smoothly. Short walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the pier. Definitely will be coming back next year.

The place and surrounding area was very nice and the house was very new looking and clean….. with a couple of exceptions. The clothes washer was not working and was sitting with undrained water that was beginning to smell, the living room furniture was old and in a state of poor condition, and though the beds were very nice the master bed did smell of dog urine… at some point I think a dog had peed on the bed and even though they tried to clean it up you could still smell the dog pee!

Clean & Comfortable
The home was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches especially for those traveling with 4-legged friends! The beds were superbly cozy and comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice as well. There is a lovely backyard, fenced in, with a hot tub! There were modern laundry machines (W/D both) in an upstairs laundry room which made for very convenient trips only across the hall to whomever’s room the clean load needed be delivered to. The kitchen was stocked well enough and had all the basics for small appliances as well.
