Beach Access:

Pets:

• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog
• One crate available, measures 36x21x24, includes a divider
• Dog bed available, fits perfectly inside the crate
• Other Amenities: Dog blanket, dog towels, toys, dishes, and an off-leash dog area!

Parking:
• 2 cars allowed in complex parking lot by permit-additional parking on Ocean Ave
• No garage available

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• Amenities for babies: Pack N Play, High-Chair, and plastic serving cups, bowls, plates, and silverware.

• This rental is located in Building 1 on the 2nd Floor. No Elevator. 15 steps to the door.
• The swimming pool is only open from mid-May through September.
• The hot tub is open year-round.
