「This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.」

「As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was meticulously clean and full of thoughtful touches to make our stay more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we might have needed. The neighborhood is quiet and serene but also centrally located just minutes from the beaches and other attractions. Gale was incredibly responsive to our questions and very kind and thoughtful. We would love to stay there again.」

「Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. Highly recommend! 」

「The pictures do not match what the apartment actually looks like. It’s smaller than depicted with less seating. It isn’t in a great area and it was on the top floor which I don’t recall being told. Overall a bad experience. 」

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
