「We only had a short time to go to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect place to stay on such short notice. The condo is very nice and right on the beach. The owners were extremely helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Mexico Beach. I highly recommend staying here.」

「We had a great stay. The beach home was beautiful! I love the beach Decorations. Home was very clean and newly renovated. Everything was nice. Beach walk extremely close and the neighbors were all very friendly/informative. I like that the beach wasn’t crowded or busy. The owner had great communication too. We will have to return sooner than later.」

「We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞」

「The property was very satisfactory for our stay. The problem was not enough parking and the parking furnished was too far away. The listing said parking was available around the corner. The parking was at least 2 blocks away. The other thing that made us feel like we will look for another source is the cost. Didn't expect the $203 charge from VRBO.,,,,too much.」

「Small but mighty! Fantastic view and super host. The unit was immaculate and well supplied. Every time we saw Jason, he asked if we needed anything. He even put air in our soft tire. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator were adequate for light meals. The view is outstanding and the osprey nest with three chicks provided constant entertainment. The sunsets were incredible. We highly recommend this VRBO!」
