Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. The breakfast was delicious with waffles, egg omelettes, sausage, fruit, hard boiled eggs, breads, muffins, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, and juices, milk, and coffee. I would never hesitate at all to suggest this beautiful property!

The facility from the outdoor smoking area, to the lobby to the room were extremely clean. Which I must say was worth every penny of the slightly higher cost per night then other lodging options in the area. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, always willing to help while remaining professional at as well. Our room was a double queen that was surprisingly very spacious. Within the room there was a wall desk with pull out table, 2 sitting chairs 2 stools and a small portable dinner tray. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was much larger than expected and equipped with sampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath robes. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and sleep this room would not be it. This room definitely wasn't soundproof and at times could be extremely frustrating. As for the amenities, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and also had breakfast. As for the pool, it was a decent size with a shallow and deep end, temperature was as expected. The walking area around the pool was concerning due to a very slick surface that caused me to lose my footing several times. Beakfast offered a decent variety of hot and cold tems it did not include bacon, sausage or biscuits but plenty to make sure you don't leave hungry. This is a place I would definitely stay again when visiting Wheeling, WV.

my wifi wouldnt work just to find out as i was leaving that they had spelled my last name wrong which is used to connect to the wifi. they had sandli instead of sandlin but the staff as beyond excellent! The check in guy and the shuttle drivers were so kind asnd considerate. we are going back in october and taking another couple and geting 2 rooms

My wife said that this Hampton Inn was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! The room was super clean, the staff were very friendly, and to our surprise, the shuttle took us to the perfect Italian restaurant! I would vote this hotel as number one! Well worth the stay !

The location was perfect, breakfast was amazing both days, staff were helpful at every request, the aquatic center was just right for the kids (and adults), and the room was cozy. If I need a hotel in the area again, I’ll be going back here.

The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but she was amazing.
