“The condo was quiet and restful. The fireplace was a nice feature. The beds were comfortable enough and it was nice to have 2 king suites for 2 couples. The kitchen was very nice with plenty of equipment to make a variety of meals. A minor thing is that the couches were not the most comfortable for seating. Would stay there again in the future.”

“The Ballard Studio was spacious, clean and well maintained, nicely furnished, and the owner included very nice amenities in the kitchen and bath as well as a washer and dryer, all at our disposal. Our only discomfort was that the studio is not air conditioned and there is only one small window, which opens to the busy street, and no cross ventilation. A tower fan that is in the room proved to be noisy and unreliable. So, sleeping there on a warm night was not that refreshing. The only interior……

“The host was welcoming and proactive about providing us with check-in and check-out information ahead of time, which made the process a breeze. The stay was only for a night, but it was a beautiful home and was clean and tidy. This was for a work trip and was amazing value for money because everyone was able to have their own room and bed. The amenities, such as the washer/dryer and pool access were incredibly nice to have, as well. This was a wonderful place to stay and would gladly stay again……

“Pros: Nice neighborhood with a market next door and really good cafes and restaurants up the hill a few blocks. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice space but could use an upgrade in places, namely the bathrooms and kitchen. Host was really responsive.Cons: Went at the beginning of spring and there was an ant issue. We noticed some traps around but brought some more and then a can of raid. It was not a pleasant thing to deal with and in hindsight I should have reached out to the host sooner to have……

“The hot tub was clean and hot enough but the jets were a little finicky. The Beach Club is just a really old facility but very clean and well maintained for the most part. The beds were VERY comfortable. We are pretty picky about beds and would come back for that alone!”

“Clean, spacious, and located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor space is private, peaceful, and very tastefully decorated along with the rest of the home. The space had two baby gates for the stairs which was extremely helpful. There were some minor cons. The wifi provided does have some stability issues and we had some appliance and app issues; things discussed with the host. Overall I'd highly recommend the stay and location.”

“The property was perfection! The BEST location and absolutely immaculate and beautiful! The historic building has been lovingly restored and decorated with every detail in mind. We loved hearing the water lapping on the shore with gorgeous views of the water. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample pillows and blankets. The welcome bottle of wine was also a great amenity. We loved our stay and will definitely return.”

“The property is just as described- 2 very convenient bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen- there’s also a smaller room that can be used as a work station. The neighborhood is very quiet the views of the sound and mountains are beautiful on a clear day. Parking was never a problem.The only thing I must say is that there are active railroad tracks right in front of the house -there are freight trains that go by at night and commuter trains that go by early in the morning- If you are a……
