"Our first room had our neighbor’s TV noise coming through the adjoining door, so we asked for a switch. They graciously gave us a new room. Apparently they are in the process of “walling over” all the adjoining doors for sound-proofing. The new room had already been remodeled and was cozy, clean, and quiet!"

"Very nice room, great pillows, 4 good size ones on each of queen beds in our double room. Love lighted makeup mirror in bathroom, a nice perk many rooms at this price point dont have. Coffee was great too."

"Lovely property. Spectacular view. Nice size living space for the 6 of us.Bunks were small for adults. Finding spaces to accommodate unmarried siblings can be difficult."

"Wonderful setup for family reunion. Nice big and well equipped kitchen for preparing meals, large dining room table for enjoying meals, nice comfy living room with great water views. The best was sitting in the backyard watching the sunset. The game room and exercise room were just like in the pictures. Unfortunately the hot tub and theater were not working when we were there. Great relaxing place to hangout with family and friends!"

"The lodge suuitedour family gatherings with great rooms with individual bathrooms in all bedrooms. We had some issues with both the front door and back door which need adjustment to prevent scraping during closing and opening.. for renters who are there with a pet it would be beneficial to have available a small commercial vacuum to do the flor rug and bare floors especially when bring your pet.Kitchen was adequately stocked with plates, glassware and silverware. Cooking pots and sheet tins were adequate. Would be a suggestion to sharpen the knife sets or have a sharper available to touch up,Otherwise we love the spot and the use of the dock for our fishing boat to venture out crabbing, .Thankyou for allowing us to stay.JEROME"
Spacious 2-bedroom farmhouse with spectacular views on beautiful Whidbey Island

"Property was clean, spacious, and affordable. Check-in process was easy. Beds were comfortable. HOWEVERThere were a number of little things which added up to making the stay less than ideal.-The electrical outlets were not up to code. There were no GFCI outlets, except for one outlet in one bathroom confounding located midway up a wall with no shelf beneath it. I showed pictures to my IBEW electrician friend who confirmed that they are not up to code.-The "wall" between the master bed and master bath does not go all the way to the ceiling. This baffling design choice means that your roommate can hear (and smell) you using the toilet.-The door to the master bedroom did not close-There was no extra TP in one of the bathrooms. The other had an extra roll, but it was stored in a cabinet 12 feet away from the toilet.-One of the toilets had a highly visible ring. Not sure why this gets missed in cleaning.-Appliances are very minimal. The kitchen has nothing but the barest basics. There is no ironing board or iron.-Light sources were often harsh and uninviting. -There is absolutely NO decor anywhere in the house except for one comically oversized wall clock. The word "backrooms" was thrown about frequently during our stay.I think this place has potential, but the owners really need to fix the electrical and carpentry and buy some wall art."

"Such a perfect spot on the island. The beautiful and clean house and breezy outdoor decks were perfectly relaxing for our family of three and dog, Mango. Our host Payton was extremely communicative and hospitable with any questions we had. We never even had to use the air conditioner! The weather was perfect . And the house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our week stay. We would stay again in this wonderful property.Carol S, from Bend Oregon"

"Great experience, friendly staff, the lodge is one of a kind, our room was located in the newer building near the lagoon which was equally beautiful serene. The onsite resturant is fantastic. Amazing food with friendly staff who provided prompt and excellent service. Our server was knowledgeable with the menu and gave us some great local options to explore."
